Exchange Policy
At our store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a hassle-free exchange policy.
Domestic Exchanges (KUWAIT)
If you wish to exchange an item, you have 14 days from the date of receiving the item to do so. Simply visit any of our branches and our friendly staff will assist you with the exchange process.
Please note that the item must be in perfect condition and in the same condition as when purchased. We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
It’s important to bring your original receipt or proof of purchase when visiting our branches for an exchange. Without this, we may not be able to process your request.
Please also be aware that delivery fees are non-refundable. If you had paid for delivery when purchasing the item, this amount will not be refunded.
International Exchange Policy:
For customers making exchanges from outside the country, our international exchange policy applies. You have a 20-day exchange period from the date of receipt, and the item must be in perfect condition, just like when it was purchased. However, please be aware that additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges.
To initiate an international exchange, please contact our customer support team through WhatsApp(+965 9441 9181). Provide them with your bill number and item number or a copy of your bill. Our dedicated support staff will guide you through the process and assist you in completing your exchange.
