At our store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a hassle-free exchange policy.


Domestic Refunds (Within Kuwait):

You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving the item to request a full refund. Simply visit any of our branches to initiate the refund process.

Please ensure that the returned items meet the following criteria:

  • They are unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resalable condition.
  • They have not been exposed to scented perfume.
  • All returned items must have tags attached, and you should provide the original sales receipt.

It’s important to bring your original receipt or proof of purchase when visiting our branches for an exchange. Without this, we may not be able to process your request.

Please also be aware that delivery fees are non-refundable. If you had paid for delivery when purchasing the item, this amount will not be refunded.

International Refund Policy:

For customers making exchanges from outside the country, our international refund policy applies. You have a 20-day refund period from the date of receipt, and the item must be in perfect condition, just like when it was purchased. However, please be aware that additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges.

To initiate an international refund, please contact our customer support team through WhatsApp(+965 9441 9181). Provide them with your bill number and item number or a copy of your bill. Our dedicated support staff will guide you through the process and assist you in completing your refund.
